Friendly staff, excellent restaurant & nice little extras, such as complimentary bottle of Prosecco on the first night, 20% discount off one meal at their restaurant, complimentary breakfast buffet.
Our stay was excellent! From arranging transportation from Fiumicino airport to getting a taxi to Termini Station to getting on their wi-fi, the staff was friendly and very helpful! The room was great - restocked and cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels/amenities. The hotel breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff are nice and welcoming . Good location , good breakfast . Only reason not 5 stars is that the rooms could be maintained better
Great hotel for the price you pay you get a lot of value and amazing service by staff, very kind and helpful. Got a room upgrade to a larger bed which was very kind and appreciated.
Hotel is in a very good, safe area and in central Rome within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also placed in more local and not really crowded area, so doesn’t get noisy at night. Room was spacious and nice and clean, old style furniture but elegant. Bathrooms might need a small upgrade but overall ok.
Room was very warm, maybe a bit too hot for my liking but was cosy and nice, so maybe review rooms temperature in winter.
The staff at the front desk for check-in and out were all friendly, helpful and professional. I'm only sorry I didn't get their names because they were outstanding in their customer service, personalities and helpfulness in recommendations and transportation (Massimo picked us up from Fiumicino and he was great).
The room was wonderful - clean, comfortable bed and the bottle of prosecco (delivered in a bucket with ice and glasses) was the ultimate! I like that the window opened and you could faintly hear the music from down the street. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety.
We stayed twice during our Italy visit - the first three days when we arrived and then the last night when we returned home. We walked all over - Villa Borghese, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navone and used the metro to the Colosseum and the Vatican. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again!
Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable. Area around is very safe and quiet. Room is small though and standup shower is very small but manageable.
Great hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: English speaking friendly staff, large room/bathroom, nice breakfast.
Cons: Hotel was a bit dated, had some minor issues all easily resolved by staff however did require multiple inquiries, so follow through could have been better.
Amazing hotel for stay in Rome. Near of here you can find the best pizzeria and gelato shop too. Quiet and clean , easy to access tourist site in Rome too.
The best hotel in Rome for me

Liked: Cleanliness
Overpriced like any other hotel in Rome. The room was too chilly for November, hence quite uncomfortable to stay for work in the evening. The AC was not working so no way to heat it up.
The breakfast was improved a lot this time, so kudos for that.Prehistoric payment method - no pos terminal, they have to register your card data to charge it. depends if you trust their security. If not, bring cache.
This hotel was very good, all public areas were clean and the staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is in an area that is full of super restaurants but a little far from the major attractions so you have to walk a lot.
The room itself however was really dated with worn furniture, the bathroom had mold in the shower and the room itsel desperately needs a paint job.
We enjoyed our stay but did not think the room was worth what we paid and left us a littke disappointed. Thankfully the city of Rome made up for it.
