Great location!

Wonderful, updated property. Plenty of room. Yes there are stairs and no elevator, but if you’re visiting Rome you should be prepared for walking and steps. Great location and great communication.

stated only one night here at the end of my trip. The listing is beautiful, airy, full of light-the reality is that this apartment is TINY! I couldn't imagine staying as a family of four for more than one night. it is also a 4th floor walk up which is conveniently left out of the listing. The apartment could be light and airy but in the heat of Rome in July, the shutters have to be shut and that leaves a pretty dark apartment. the location is very picturesque and it is walkable from Roma Termini. lots of restaurants on the street. I asked several questions beforehand and did not receive an answer. he was more responsive on the day of my arrival. Checking is electronic which is great is you have access to email and data service, but that's not always possible. I did not feel like a welcomed guest here, I was more of a number on a list. not what I expected for the price I paid....

Petit appartement très bien localisé et très propre.

Idéalement situé . Le quartier est très vivant, de nombreux restaurants et de jolies boutiques. Près du métro et on peut aller à pied au Colisée ou au forum. Les deux chambres sont lumineuses, la pièce commune-cuisine n a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l extérieure donc est sombre. On peut y cuisiner et prendre ses repas (Sur une table que l on déplie). Parfait pour le petit déjeuner mais tristounet pour le déjeuner. Le gérant est très accommodant pour les horaires d arrivée et de départ. Cependant ´ oubliez pas de préciser si vous êtes deux si vous voulez les deux chambres, sinon un seul lit sera préparé

Nice apartment in great area

We really enjoyed staying here. A small kitchen, nice bathroom and two large bedrooms. The Monti District is fabulous. Easy to get most attractions by foot and so many restaurants and cute shops. The apartment is a fourth floor walk up, so if you have any health issues, you might want to keep that in mind.
