This property was perfect for our family of 4. The room was equipped with all needs and had the BEST air conditioning. We were able to walk to many sites and there is a local market just down the way that we visited daily. Highly recommended!!

Gorgeous property with great location. Staff was helpful in arranging our transportation from the port. We didn’t get the room I booked and was set on, however they did accommodate us by upgrading the room we were given. Communication was a little difficult and sparse.

Convenient location with no street noise. Easy access to Trevi fountain, restaurants and a supermarket. Smooth check in with helpful staff. Room was big but bathroom small and the room had a small window with only weak wall lights so the room was really dark. This was the only negative part of the room and other rooms may have a better positioned window and balcony or ceiling lights.

A great find fir family staying in Rome

We had a great stat. Staff were great and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully airconditioned. It’s a great location - easy to get to the best sights and to the station.

Large room, central location

Central location with less than 10 min walking distance to Fontana di Trevi and even less to Barberine underground station. We stayed in a large room with plenty of space for 2 addults and to teenagers. Clean and great service. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, great location. Huge disapoitment at check in. I reserved the hotel for myself only, but at checkin notified that my daughter will join me for 3 nights. I wanted to be honest and pay city tax for her as well. They charged me not only for taxes, but also extra $60 for her stay. The hotel offers the same price for reservation for 1 or 2 people. I felt i was cheated.

The property location is very good, close to both Bus and Metro station. Most of the Rome attractions are within walking distance and you can avoid the traffic by walking. Lots of restaurant options along with breakfast options as well. Room was spacious for 3 and they also provided two bottles of complementary water which is a great gesture. However, even though the hotel description mentions elevator availability (we specifically looked for this option because of my injury), keep in mind, not all rooms have elevator access. It is up to your luck whether you get a room with elevator access or not (we were not lucky). This is deceiving in my opinion. Taking one star off for that. The front desk is not 24/7 available. So, if for some reason your flight or train is delayed, you may have some issues checking in. At the end, I would expect the front desk receptionist to be more professional and take ownership of the issues. During our visit, there was a water leak which caused the stone stairwell to be flooded. When we got this issue to the front desk person, he tried to shrug the issue of and tried to push us to use the flooded stairs (you dont even know if that is a toilet leakage). Taking two stars off because of this incident.

Amazing find

Can I give an apartment 5 star? Furnishings top quality... we were given twin queen beds bedroom, unique tiled ceiling, herring bone oak floor in separate lounge, padded textile walls, beautifully tiled bathroom, microwave, coffee machine which I couldn't use., twin TV's (we never use) Twin air-con... an extraordinary courtyard with giant entry doors, fishpond... who ever renovated these building spared no expense... I will overlook the rickety lift which at least worked for us.
