It took an hour to get our bags checked (slow long line at Air Canada), so that added stress. Oncc we got through that, it went very smooth through Security and Customs. We grabbed a delicious snack and headed to our gate to board - no issues.

I enjoyed the place a lot !

Very clean, large bedrooms, well and nicely furnished. The location is not far from downtown: Piazza Venezia, Coliseum, Vatican, etc. (10-15 min. by bus). Free coffee, orange juice, etc. are available all day. Good internet. Above all, the personal is extremely nice and helpful & multi-multi lingual. Will give you good tips and can provide you with bus ticket, etc ...

The worst hotel so far, Emanuela was one of the staff members and was just awful. This property was advertised as bed and breakfast, but no breakfast was provided, said that reception is at property form 9am-9pm, we arrived around 2pm and no one was there. We went out to explore the city, came back at 8pm and no one was there. In the kitchen, they have a signed that says, we were able to keep keys if luggage is left at property in the morning, when called Emanuela to confirmed, she expected us to leave luggage at property unattended and out in the kitchen even though there were other tenants in the same apartment with access to kitchen. Ineludible helpful and nice person was Rafael, he was nice enough to explain and allow us to take keys. Even thought it says that staff is onsite, do not expect them to be there, all communication was thru phone and WhatsApp only. Only time I saw Emanuela’s face was when we came back for check out. No document to sign just simply pay city tax but her attitude was incredibly rude. On website they mentioned Shuttle from and to airport for 15 euros per person, but when asked Emanuela told me 60 euros, but property sign says 50 eeuros. Called a Uber taxi and I was charged 45 euros. I definitely won’t come back would neither recommend this mess.

We had an easy check in and the host was so helpful as it was raining. The rooms were clean comfortable and surprisingly larger than expected. There was a comfortable well stocked communal kitchen. No stairs to carry bags up. The only issue was access to host. Sent several messages and tried knocking on the door to advise early check out. We couldn’t ring with our overseas phone .

O hotel é.muito bem localizado, fomos a pé até o Vaticano , 25 minutos. Perto de tudo. As camas muito confortáveis e o quarto bem espaçoso e limpo.

Oda pisti. Tozdan geçilmiyordu. Pis oda vermişler resmen. Yatak rahat değil. Otele giriş çıkış çok zor. Geç geleceğiz diye mesaj attık dönüş yapmadılar. Ulaştığımızda otele giremedik 1 saat uğraştık.

Not our favorite stay. The bathroom stunk like sewage and would make the whole room stink if you didn’t keep the door shut. The bed was hard as rocks, I’m not sure if it was even a mattress because it was so flat and firm. The towel I went to use for a shower had long hairs on it when it should have been clean. There were questionable stains on the throw pillow for the bed as well. Not the worst place in the world, but we won’t go back.

Checking in was very unpleasant. I was yelled at multiple times by the lady when trying to check in. I couldn’t understand her when she asked for the name of reservation so she yelled at me and when I told her that the door wouldn’t open after she told me it was opened, she yelled at me again. Then getting into the actual room was also a mess and complicated. On the door it says that the tourist tax was €3.50 per night per person, we received a paper saying it’s €7 per night then ended up getting charged €6 per night. You can also hear the other people as the walls are thin. Other than that, the room was clean but the bedding had a weird smell.

Struttura ben collegata con i principali mezzi di trasporto ed è nelle vicinanze di piazza San Pietro. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi di ogni tipo, supermarket, bar e pasticcerie. La camera è ampia, con un letto grande e comodo e la pulizia è eccellente. C'è un minifrigo ed anche una macchinetta per il caffè in capsule. Caffè molto buono. Spazioso bagno interno alla camera, dotato di una bella doccia e bidet. Si vede che la manutenzione della camera e della struttura viene fatta regolarmente: è tutto molto ordinato e perfettamente funzionante. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se proprio devo trovarci un difetto, il minifrigo è particolarmente rumoroso e di notte può essere un po' un problema riuscire a dormire. Invece per il resto è stato tutto molto soddisfacente.

Las instalaciones están bien, a excepción de las almohadas que para nuestro gusto son muy blandas. Además, a la hora de la siesta (al haber un comedor en el pasillo y ser paredes muy finas) hay mucho ruido y te impide descansar.

MISLEADING DESCRIPTION AND POOR SERVICE.

I had to wait outside for an hour. No one let us in! It was a resident going in that finally let us into the property. The host was not so friendly. Finally it SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED AS A HOTEL, it is MISLEADING!

L'hôtel est plutôt excentré du centre ville. Plusieurs stations de bus à proximité dont une juste en face de l'hôtel ainsi qu'une station de métro (ligne A) à 700m. Il est situé au 2ème étage d'une résidence. Le bâtiment est très propre. Établissement plutôt récent. Bon accueil. La réception est ouverte uniquement de 9h30 à 15h30 mais il est toujours possible d'avoir contact avec quelqu'un (numéro de contact de différentes personnes affichés sur un tableau). Très disponible et réactif. Les chambres sont plutôt grandes, très propre, fonctionnelle et possède une terrasse. Elle dispose également d'une climatisation ce qui nous a été indispensable pour notre visite au mois d'août. Les points qui pourraient être négatifs pour certains mais qui ne nous ont pas vraiment dérangé : la salle de bain est grande mais l'espace douche est un peu petit. L'hôtel se situe à côté d'un grand carrefour avec beaucoup de passage de voiture. Cela peut être un peu bruyant mais quand ont est vraiment fatigué de la journée, on n'y fait plus attention. Je recommande. Le Vatican city relais est vraiment très agréable et à un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Merci pour le séjour
