Vatican comfortable designer apartment

This awesome apartment was just finely renovated and decorated by a well known interior designer. It comes with all the modern amenities: two TVs, DVD, Bluetooth speaker with iPhone doc, wide shower, air conditioning in both rooms, microwave and regular oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, coffe machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is located at the second floor (1st European) with elevator and it faces a quiet street. It is approximately 70 sq. mts. large, spacious enough to comfortably host four persons. There is a king size bed with a new comfortable mattress and a very comfortable queen size sofa bed. The apartment is very quiet and bright and it is located a few steps away from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Cathedral. The nearby subway would take you quickly and easily to the train station and to the airport, while a number of bus lines would let you reach all the other sights in 10 to 15 minutes. This safe neighborhood is ideal for its shopping streets and its wide choice of restaurants, groceries and coffee shops.

The owners were very accommodating. They booked us a spot at the local parking garage which made our arrival much easier. The apartment was extremely clean. Would recommend staying here and would stay again if the opportunity ever arises in the future. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. The unit was beautiful and was exactly as pictured on the app. There was a good sized grocery store just around the corner and down the block that carried almost everything. So many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from all within a 2 block radius.

Fabulous apartment near Vatican

This place was great. Spotlessly clean with a really great location. Very close to metro stop. Wonderful restaurant on the corner, as well as many more in the near vicinity. Very close also to a taxi stand. This all made getting around Rome very easy. We definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

If you are planning on visiting the Vatican, this is the place to stay. It is literally a five minute walk to the Vatican. There are many great little coffee shops, and restaurants in walking distance also. The apartment is very clean and the owner is very easy to communicate with. He was very attentive to all of our needs. We definitely highly recommend this place.

Awesome location!

This apartment was in the perfect location for us since we really wanted to be near the Vatican. The neighborhood was super safe and the property was very close to the metro which was nice. The apartment was huge! It was really nice to have separate areas and it was only on the second floor so it was really nice to not have to use the elevator.

Nice cool apartment for an August stay in Rome

Apartment was clean and had all the essential. Manager let us check in early and drop our bags while the cleaning lady was finishing up. Perfect location, out of the touristy area. Castroni across the street is a gem. Apartment faces north, not too warm in the summer heat. AC works well. Will stay there again if we go back to Rome.

Well located

Pictures are accurate. Paolo is attentive and helpful. This is a one bedroom apartment that is spacious and clean. I believe there s a pull-out in the living room. There are grocery stores less than 1K away for basic amenities since there were few in the apartment. We did not use the safe (could not figure out how it worked). We would stay again if back in Rome.

The listing says it has a double bed, but the bed is actually the size of an American queen size (Euro King, I believe).We arrived in Rome before check-in, and Paolo kindly offered to let us store our bags early. We also mistakenly indicated there would only be two of us, but we are three travelers. He brought us an extra set of sheets and towels with no problem.The apartment is large, comfortable, and is located two blocks from the Vatican and St Peter’s Square. The Prati neighborhood is nice, and has quite a few restaurants with very good food. The areas of Rome are a short cab ride away.

The apartment was in a wonderful location. Paolo was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment has everything you need. My only improvement would be the bedding (I am picky with this)… higher quality sheets and pillows would make a huge difference.

Perfect location for seeing many of the sights in Rome. Metro and busses were close and easy to use. Shopping for anything is just feet away. Several markets have anything you need except coffee filters for the coffee maker. I would suggest getting a French press in lieu of the Mr Coffee. We could not find filters anywhere. Restaurants in the local area are plentiful. Gentlemen who checked us in gave great advice for out of the way places to see
