Highly recommended. For the rates and location, I would stay here again.
Room was clean and has a modern touch to it. Bed was comfortable. And the best part, after a long day walking around the city in the heat, you’d come home to a cold and relaxing room. Bathroom is a little small, but it is nice and clean. Location is perfect for anyone who’d like to frequent Vatican City and St Peter’s square. The property has a couple of doors before you get to your room which makes it even safer. Again, we would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Location is great! Walking distance to Vatican City and St Peter’s Basilica. Staff are super nice. The room is really clean with a small fridge. It’s a quiet neighborhood with close access to the main sites and restaurants. Love our stay!
Great location, the staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a street full of nice restaurants just one street down.
The only thing to look out for is if you are sensitive to noise but want to sleep with the window open is to book a room with the courtyard view. The street is very loud at night.
Convenient to different stores (including grocery store 3 minutes down the street). Katherine, the main staff person we interacted with, was especially helpful. We were able to storing our luggage for a few hours after check out and Katherine arranged taxi pick-up to the airport.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was very simple, but clean. Felt quite secure with the various locked doors to come in. Did not have consistent hot water in the shower, but we've found this at other Rome locations too. Location was exactly what we wanted for visiting St. Peter's and the Vatican. Caterina was extremely warm and welcoming.

Good stuff:
The staff was excellent!
Close to the Vatican.
Quiet.
Not so good stuff:
No drawers to put clothes in.
Limited hanger space.
Small bathroom.
The self check in process is fun, like solving a puzzle. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and tall ceiling is nice. It will be nice if they could provide personal water.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, however you need to arrive before 4 for a smooth check in, no staff available after 4pm. We were locked out of the complex until a nice gentleman helped us making a phone call. The Hair dryer in the room would jump the power break, we were out of power for couple hours after taking a shower, and there was no staff around to help at all, thankfully the residents who live in the same complex are very nice and helpful and helped us getting the power back on. Aside from those incidents, the room was very clean and cosy, walking distant to Vatican and various bus stops.
Pros: very clean
Good location
Good shower
Lots of space
Cons: access to the property takes 3 pages of instructions and codes and texting codes …etc.
Air conditioning could not be lowered. Was too hot.
No breakfast available
One other thing to note, the property should have warned us of construction on the road. We walked up and could not cross over the street due to wet pavement and workers. We had to walk back again, with all our luggage, a few blocks! to cross the street at a different point and walk back up. Not fun late at night and coming from a 4 hour train ride.
Great stay. Room very clean.
The staff super nice ( Specially Joy).
She’s was always in a happy mood, attentive and very helpful.
Great location, 20-30 minutes walk to all main attractions and a 4 minute walk to the Vatican and Saint Angelo Castle for beautiful sunset.
I highly recommend the Vatican Jubilee!!!
The location is excellent. I walked to all the sights. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is simple, but everything is new and clean. It has everything you need. Cleaning was done daily (which isn't even necessary).
