Stayed three nights. Property was quaint, clean and property managers were quite helpful. Conveniently located close to Spanish Steps and Spagna train station. Many great restaurants and places to shop nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

Stay for the location but bring earplugs

Great location, walking distance to almost everything, and friendly owner. But the walls were extremely thin and therefore you heard everything that happened in the foajé, loud enough to wake you up. Cleaning was mediocre, the fan in the toilet was dusty and there was hair in the shower drain.

Room had great character, with high wood beamed ceiling, in what had been a granary probably a hundred years ago. It was in a very central and walkable location, really close to the Spanish Steps.

I did enjoy my stay and I loved the vintage style of the room. The key 🔑 was a little problematic as it’s hard to use most times. Host left some yummy snacks and water upon arrival and it was well received.

The property was super cute and they even gave complimentary snacks. The bed was super comfortable. However it was really loud and there was construction going on around our room. And in the mornings we could hear them making breakfast since our room was closest to the kitchen.

Great location and service

The room was very clean and the staff very nice. We were able to leave our luggage early in the morning before check in and once our rooms were ready were allowed to access them. Some fixtures and access to power were outdated. The simple skeleton key to access each individual room led me to question the security of rooms within the guest house. The location was perfect! All in all, I would book again.

The location of the property is absolutely ideal. Close to everything. No need to take public transportation to go to any historical site. Upon my arrival I couldn’t get in and had to stay in a cold rain for more than 30 minutes. The property manager blamed Expedia saying that I was supposed to be informed by Expedia that they don’t stay in the location and I should contact them before I arrived.

You can walk to pretty much everywhere, although the Capitol/forum is a good 30mins (although fascinating so you’ll want to give it a bit longer and stop for coffees and ice creams and such). Room is absolutely fine. Big comfortable bed, hot shower and everything you need. The location is percect, a couple of minutes from the Spanish steps and loads of good quality restaurants, delicatessens, ice cream shops and bars right on the doorstep. Quite near the high end fashion shopping district but walkable to other more down to earth neighbourhoods. We spent four nights here in order to do a three day condensed visit to central Rome, the Vatican and Ancient Rome, and it’s hard to think of how it could have been better placed or more apt (assuming you like to be self-contained and don’t need the full services of a fancy hotel.)

The communication about the room was confusing and my daughter and I ended up in the wrong room but didn't know about that until Friday night when we thought someone was trying to get into our room. Unbeknownst to us, we had someone else's room and the way it was explained to use about how we were to get to our room, was not quite explained right. I think it should have been explained a bit better and maybe a picture should have been sent and we didn't get breakfast so we had to buy a lot of food.

Everything was exactly what it looked like. The hotel is one floor in an apartment building, so you do have to look look the first time you go to find the door, but once you’ve got it, you are good. The hotel is three minutes from the Spanish Steps, about a ten min walk to the Trevi fountain. It has a metro station right by the steps, so it’s super easy to get about. There is a carrefour right round the corner, so you can pick up supplies easily if you need to, the room had a mini fridge. It is near a shopping area for clothes too, we found this helpful when we had a sudden rainy day that wasn’t planned. It is clean and well kept, we had one night the air con wasn’t working and it was fixed by the next day. Marta and the other person that was there was excellent, and so helpful and easy to get hold of. Honestly, this was an outstanding find, and we would go back without hesitation (and we are bougie 😆).
