Appartamento pulitissimo a pochissimi minuti dalla Cappella Sistina, zona super tranquilla e vicina a molte comodità come bar, lavanderia, minimarket 24h. L'appartamento al primo piano super pulito e con tutte le comodità necessarie. Dovessi tornare a Roma, tornerei qui :)

Quiet apartment in great location

This is a perfect place to stay if you’re using the bus to get around. It’s a quick two block walk from the 64 bus that will drop you off right in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is clean, quiet, and has a comfortable bed, and Tiziana will arrange a ride to and from FCO. We hope to come back some day and stay here again.

Bel appart mais bruyant

Comme noté dans tous les commentaires , c’est excessivement bruyant , dès 3h du mat le boulanger lance sa machine à pétrir qui est bruyante + écoute sa musique ! L'appartement est bien agencé mais sombre, toujours une lumière sinon lugubre, il donne sur cour intérieure ( les balcons) des autres habitants. Tiziana est très serviable et gentille Emplacement très proche du Vatican et proche des arrêts de bus pour Rome antique. Si vous voulez faire des grasses mat passez votre chemin, si vous êtes des lève tôt ça ira

Amazing apartment really well located

We enjoyed being in Tiziana’s apartment. She was really helpful giving us directions and advice on what to do. The property is clean, spacious, secure and well located. Next time in Rome, I will stay there again.

The communication with owner was great, she is very responsive when we booked the place. The location is good, but the walls of apartment are thin, you could hear everything going on next door. there might be a restaurant in the building as 3-4 am in the morning, you could hear the plates noise. The towels are very worn and do not feel clean as there are hair in them. The last day, internet was lost. Also the owner was rude when we checked out at 10:02 am on the day because when we were asked the first day when we would be checking out, I told her around 10am. We went to breakfast that morning, 10:02am we walked in the apartment, she started yelling at us and pointing to her watch: 10, 10..... Maybe she didn't understand that we were there for vacation not punching clock! Oh well, we felt that we were kicked out the apartment! Not going back. Hope others had better treatment.

Great stay in Rome!

We are really happy with our stay in Rome. The apartment is within walking distance of the Vatican, and it matched the description of the Home Away offering. It was clean, and perfect for our family. The owner was very helpful, and accommodating. We had in issue with the key, and she was able to solve it right away. I also want to point out how attentive the neighbors were. They were very kind and helpful. I will definitely will stay in this apartment next time, I stay in Rome . Thank you!

Excellent property close to Vatican.

Had a wonderful experience in Rome. This property was really close to St. Peter’s Square. It allowed to walk al over Rome. Tiziana was a great host, setting up transportation to and from Airport.

Great Location

The location of this apartment couldn’t be better. Tizi was also super helpful and even scheduled private transportation to the airport. The only bad thing about the apartment is the upstairs neighbors are very loud at all hours. Other than that it was awesome.

Great Location!

Great Trip to Rome

We stayed 11 days in Tiziana's apartment. It gave us great access to so many historic sites and to St. Peter's square, Basilica and Sistine Chapel. The city bus stop was close but we used a City Pass with their bus service which took us to many other sites within the city. But walking to other places within the city was not difficult at all. The neighborhood felt very safe and we walked to the supermarket (located very close nearby) after dark and didn't feel worried at all. It was very charming to open the windows on Sunday morning to hear the bells calling people to church. Places to eat are also very close, which was very nice as well. Tizianna was lovely and helped in scheduling our transfers to and from the airport. What a lifesaver she was!! This was a trip of a lifetime and Tizianna's accommodations and help with so the transfer details made this a trip to remember!! We were HIGHLY impressed with everything to do with the apartment!! Thank You Tizianna for allowing us to stay at your apartment in Rome.

Cet apartement correspond parfaitement avec notre programme de visite de Rome

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement. Il est extrêmement fonctionnel et très bien équipé pour une famille de 5 personnes dont 2 grands ados. Il nous a servi de base arrière pour toutes nos vadrouilles quotidiennes et la petite épicerie située immédiatement en bas nous a maintes fois dépannée aussi bien le matin que le soir. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec Tiziana malgré notre heure d'arrivée bien tardive. Cette appartement est bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun (la ligne de bus n°64 nous dépose au centre de Rome) Je vous conseille d'utiliser le service du transfert aéroport / appartement proposé par Tiziana. A quelques Euros prés, vous y gagnerez en temps et en fatigue. A noter que la boulangerie du RDC est parfois un peu bruyante en fin de nuit.

Great location, ideal property for a couple, owner friendly and helpful.

Good location for the Vatican and five minutes to bus to the center of Rome, or a 25 minute walk. Every thing was good.

Great Home!

I loved my stay here! This apartment is super close to the Vatican and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Tiziana was super helpful and was able to set up my transportation to the airport. Highly recommend! Thank you again Tiziana.

Loved it!!!

We had a great experience! Location is everything! super close to everything, Apartment is super comfortable, check in was super easy and Tiziana was super helpful’ I would definitely recommend this place! When I go back to Rome I would stay here again! Wonderful place!!

Bad experience. Would not recommend.

How this ever got nearly 5 stars on VRBO is a complete mystery to me... Property not really two bedrooms as described. Fold out sofa bed was only option for 3/5 guests... Very Noisy... Upstairs residents were banging around every night after midnight. Toilet didn't work after first day, and repair took over 8 hours to address. Dark and dingy decor reminiscent of the 1970's. No views out of any window...Only positive thing was relative proximity to the Vatican. There also was significant construction directly in front entrance to building that was not disclosed in the property description.

A la hauteur des promesses et plus encore.

Nous avons passé avec nos deux enfant un agréable séjour dans cet appartement: bien situé, à deux pas de la basilique Saint Pierre devant laquelle vous devez passer chaque fois que vous voulez vous rendre en ville, soit à pied, soit par le métro, un spectacle exceptionnel et obligé plusieurs fois par jour!. Si vous êtes attentif, vous verrez vite que tous les commerces dont vous avez besoin sont en bas de l'immeuble ou à côté (essence, cigarette, bar, fruits et légumes frais, pain, pizza, supérette…). Des places de parking sont à disposition juste en bas de l'immeuble il faut juste surveiller l'instant où une place se libère. La gare est juste à côté de la rue le métro est bien plus loin mais de toutes façons la ville n'est pas aussi quadrillée par le métro que d'autres villes (comme Paris). Quartier très calme, propriétaire à l'écoute de vos demandes. Allez y les yeux fermés!

Very nice appartment in front of Vatican City, 5 min. walking.

You have everything you need in.the appartment. Tiziana was very kind and let us know how to get to the city of Rome. Connection by bus from there was easy to get. It is not far from Trastevere. Definitely this appartment is a place to tepeat when we go again to Rome.

Amazing place - super close to Vatican!!

This apartment is one of the best ‘finds’ in Rome. Super close to the Vatican and bus stops, shopping and restaurants. The place itself is roomy, comfortable and nice! The owners take great care in their place and make sure your stay is ‘flawless’. They are friendly, strong communicators and highly organized. The place has been ‘modernized’ with all the comforts of the USA. Super fast WiFi, Cable TV, washing machine, kitchen/facilities. Can’t say enough good things about this place and location. When returning to Rome - we will DEFINITELY be staying here again! Two thumbs way, way up!! 👍

Wonderful and spacious!

Perfect location. Very clean with lots of room. Easy access to the Vatican and the bus. A great neighborhood for restaurants. Very safe and the security of the apartment with the downstairs locking door is great.
