Convenient and functional but not luxurious

We arrived late and the receptionist was helpful checking us in. Though we had been emailed before arrival asking if we wanted to ‘upgrade to a junior suite’ for €10 per day, which we did, but were then a bit confused about what we had been upgraded from as the room we got looked like the photos we saw when we booked. When we asked about this we were told that the photos you see aren’t always of the room you get. Inside the room it was fine, though it felt a bit old. The location was pretty good, it was really easy to get around and walk everywhere, and very close to the central station which is convenient. The roof terrace is nice.

Very close to Termini (5 minute walk) making it very easy if you have a lot of luggage (as we did). The property was clean and modern. We stayed in the large family room with four beds. Some reviews mention the glass shower in the middle of the room which isn't the greatest when travelling with teenagers - however, just outside of the unit is a small kitchen with seating which we used to give privacy to whoever was in the shower. The terrace was also good for this and it was very nice! Beds were comfortable and the AC was good. Would definitely stay here again!

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, non troppo distante dalla stazione ma anche poco distante dal Colosseo..inoltre ci sono ristoranti,bar nei dintorni. La camera aveva materassi molto duri e il bagno era sprovvisto di bidet. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Happy travelers!

Overall, we had a great experience at WRH hotel. Francesco at the office was very kind and helpful. I requested extra pillows and covers, and they were there when I got there. The room and bathroom were very clean. Confortable beds. Location is excellent. A few minutes walk from Termini. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Great location but not the best for traveling adults. The room is small and there is only one bed and two pull outs. One of the two pull outs is okay, but the other is not connected and separates as you move. There is also a clear shower in the middle of the sleeping area, which would be no issue for couples but is not the most ideal for a group of friends or a family with older children. Wifi was slow and not secure if that is important to you I'd book elsewhere. The staff were friendly but check in was a little confusing as they advertise for the 4th floor but there office is on the 1st floor. There is also a code to get into the building which was not provided beforehand which made getting in a task in and of itself.

初めて来るときには、日本では見かけない外観、ホテルとわからない表示が小さく、入るまで苦労した。鍵も3つかけなくてはならず、急ぎの際には少し面倒です。 入ってしまえば、駅から近くとても便利な場所です。 部屋も綺麗でよかったですが、シャワールームがかなり狭く少し窮屈さを感じました。近くにco-opなどもあり、買い物には便利です。

Good location near train station.

Check-in was made by helpful and friendly staff. The room was adequately outfitted but the floor was not clean (dusty). Free wifi was fast and reliable. Room was well lighted. Location was next to streetcar, which meant early morning noise.

Great place, walking distance from the train stati

I stayed for a weekend. Nice, comfortable and clean place. Great and very helpful staff. I can only complain about a noise (some sort of machine) during the night which apparently came from a restaurant next to the hotel. I think they' ve complained about it, but it was still there making it hard to sleep. Other than that i think it was a great place and i would recomend it.

It is close to Termini station, well connected and with many services around. It is also a quiet place. The room is ok, a bit small and without too many amenities.

Simple place near the train station

I was quite frustrated with the running around to locate the reception as it was confusion and hard to find. Better instruction is needed. Otherwise it was a clean and pleasant place to stay. I like its proximity to the Roma Termini, making it easy to get to the train station to go to another city.

Surprisingly great

The outside doesn't look like much. The hotel is within this automatic door and have to go through a flight of steps. But once inside, the staff is great and the rooms were awesome. So bright and nicely built and decorated. The beds were a bit hard for my taste, but the terrace, access to plates, cutlery, microwave, and a mini fridge for the room made up for it. It's also next to termini and several great restaurants and a store around the corner. Super awesome.

Centralt och modernt med vissa begränsingar

Fräscht och modernt hotell men med något märklig möblering. Bodde i en slags svit med två klädda pallar men ingen soffa eller bord utan bara stort golvutrymme. Iö rent och fräscht, ser nyrenoverat ut. Härlig takterrass, men saknade frukost. Hjälpsam personal, men delar av den upplevdes som väldigt stressade. Kylskåp som fungerade bristfälligt. Dåligt skyltat, men hade man adressen var det inga problem att hitta. Låg nära tågstation och inte långt till colosseum, vilket var smidigt.

Recepcion mejorable

la cama un poco mala, de muelles y era algo incomoda, limpieza estaba muy bien y cerca de la estacion, muy bien situado. Lo malo que recepcion solo estaba hasta la 1 am abierto y por un retraso en los vuelos casi me quedo en la calle por llegar tarde sin ser mi culpa y encima me cobraron 15€ de penalizacion por llegar mas tarde de las 22:00.
