"I booked this property for a weekend in October 2024 for 14 adults for my birthday celebration. The host arrived at check-in time and gave us an introduction and tour, and made sure we were able to contact him. The house is as advertised in the photos and description. We had a few small issues which were resolved by the host. The location is good, but be prepared to walk as nothing is real close, and it's on the top of a hill. "We brought my mom to Rome for the first time & she wanted to stay in a neighborhood versus the real touristy areas. This place is well taken care of & is just what she wanted. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of local foods, groceries & coffee shops within walking distance. We walked from the villa to the Colosseum & around Rome. It's not real close but the beauty you see along the way is so worth it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & AC, should you need it. I suspect the only complaint...
