"Stayed in King Room with City Views for 7 nights on 10th floor. Was nice and the view was a plus. Included breakfast was amazing. There was no ice or filtered water available unfortunately. This may be a due to not being the norm in England. The location was perfect for us since it was right next to Victoria Station. Thought it was a bit expensive for what it was, and the British taxes did not help the high cost of the room. Overall was a pleasant experience and would stay again"

"It is a nice location and I have every intention of staying there again if I can. The only thing that was a little frustrating was maid service. We made sure to put the request sign on before we left for the day, and they didn't restock the coffee or give fresh towels. We had no other expectations. Just those two. We requested and received what we needed when we returned. I would suggest if you are staying there and you need comprehensive service to call ahead before you leave for the day. The views of the tower bridge and the close vicinity to a lot of great activities were absolutely worth any small frustrations."

"We had an amazing stay a Bob W. It was centrally located and in a very nice neighborhood. We felt very safe and had lots of transportation, sites and restaurant choices right at our fingertips. The room was the largest we have ever had in London and super clean and comfortable. It will not be our last stay with Bob W for sure."
