"Myself , my husband and my teenage son had a very pleasant stay here. We chose this hotel as it was only a short drive to old Trafford football ground where we went for soccer aid. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There were no lifts but that didn't boher us as the stairs weren't steep. The room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a really good selection of full English breakfast, pastries, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Would stay again . "

"What a beautiful hotel. Its decor and quality is of the highest standards. Staff and food excellent. Location is a huge plus. Forget your big chain hotels, this is one of those must places to stay. "

"Good size room, spotlessly clean, bathroom too. Shower a little weak but no dramas. Main downside was it's in the main flight path for Manchester airport but I'm a heavy sleeper "

"All the staff were friendly and helpful . The room was well maintained and clean. The bar/ breakfast and reception area’s were c comfortable . The only area of improvement would be that on an evening there should be more staff behind the bar and reception. When we returned to the hote there was only one member of staff behind the bar/ reception and it was busy and some tables needed clearing and queue’s formed."
