The Space:

Inside, the open living area invites you to unwind on plush sofas, the glow of the fireplace and the hum of the Smart TV creating a cozy backdrop after a day of exploring. Outside, the private acreage offers quiet woods, a fire pit ready for marshmallow roasts, and a hot tub that steams against the evening sky.



Sleeping arrangements

- Upper‑level bedroom with a king bed

- Main‑level bedroom with two queen beds

- Lower‑level game room with a twin day bed, perfect for kids or an extra guest

- One full bathroom serves the cabin



Indoor living

The two‑story living space flows from a comfortable seating area to a game room stocked with board games, children’s books, and toys, making it easy for families to gather regardless of the weather. Heating and air conditioning keep the cabin comfortable year‑round, and Wi‑Fi is available for streaming or video calls, though service can be slower in this remote setting. A Smart TV provides entertainment for quiet evenings.



Outdoor living

Multiple decks overlook the surrounding woods, offering spots for morning coffee or sunset reflection. A grill and outdoor seating let you enjoy meals al fresco when the weather permits. The fire pit is ideal for crisp evenings, and the hot tub offers a soothing soak after hiking or sightseeing. All outdoor areas are private to the cabin.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is equipped for preparing everything from simple breakfasts to hearty dinners, with a nearby dining table that accommodates the whole group for meals, board games, or relaxed conversation.



Neighborhood & activities

A short drive brings you to the town of Romney, where local shops and restaurants await. Within easy reach are state parks, scenic railroads, rivers, and mountain destinations such as Timberline Mountain and Canaan Valley Ski Resort, offering year‑round recreation from hiking to winter sports.



Quiet hours are observed per HOA guidelines, and the fire pit must be attended while in use and fully extinguished afterward.



Pet Policy:

We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!



Longer Stays:

For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.
