Trumbull and Porter Hotel

"My first stay here. The place felt safe and clean from the minute I got there. Check in was easy, parking was easy and in a really secure lot. A previous reviewer said parking wasn’t free, but it is. Stayed in the smallest queen room which felt big enough for us. Room was clean and cozy. Walls were paper thin but we always travel with a sound machine so that quieted any sound from neighbors. Bed was very comfortable. My two complaints - I ordered something from the coffee shop which was on their limited menu and the girl working the coffee shop rudely said they don’t have that. No apology for them being out. I ordered coffee down the road instead. The other complaint was the shower was luke warm. Other than those two things our stay was really enjoyable and I would stay again."

"Hotel was great. Rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were a little rough. And I got Lukewarm water at best in the shower. Staff said to let it run a little bit and it would get hot…I ran it for 10 min. It didn’t get hot at all. Other than that the stay was fine."
