"Lovely apartment - great location, spacious, clean and good facilities. Very comfortable stay and thank you Jean-Claude for the welcome. Our only comment is that it would be useful to have soap provided in the bathrooms for hand washing. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we would love to return very soon!"

"This is a great spot in Lille - perfect for friends or a couple (although stairs to the flat or to second bedroom not great for mobility issues). Was comfortable and in a great location for exploring Lille, and easy access by metro to train stations etc. Good communication with rental company/local manger originally (had to ask for Wi-Fi as no info in flat); only downside was poor communication after (we asked if we could check out at 11am instead of 10am and had no reply)."

"Avoid. The only redeeming quality is price and proximity to train station. Lots of back and forth just trying to get check-in information and then radio silence when i asked about getting a fan and hair dryer as listed in the description. The room was filthy when i arrived (stains, hair on sheets,no pillow case), used soap and shower products, floor was filthy. She sent somone over to change sheets. But the place is just gross and smells really bad."
