"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "Hotel is really nice and very peaceful. You have your own private across to ocean right from the resort, with corals great for diving. A bit far from main part of town if you want to get places to eat, will take like 15 minutes on scotter. Overall amazing resort for the price."

"Furniture is rustic Filipino with modern touches. Clean and very spacious property. It was too big for my party of 4 but I originally planned for 10 people so it would have been perfect for that. The beach was a bit disappointing and we only managed to walk on a lot of rough rocks and pebbles. The big infinity pool made up for the disappointing beach. The soaking tub was not functioning properly, water didn’t stay even when you plugged the drain. We just ended up using the showers. The kitchen and staff service was exceptional and very personal. The food was great, staff served according to our preferences from a menu of the resort next door and the coordination was seamlessly and pleasantly handled. The space needed a bit of maintenance around the pool but overall the service was great and made up for the minor issues."

"Great hotel, loved the location for canyoneering and whale sharks. Owner was super nice and asked us if everything was good daily. Breakfast was included and very good. Ate at the restaurant for dinner twice and food was great. Recommend!"
