A mesinha lateral de cama está muito arranhada, a wi-fi não funciona, o banheiro foi muito mal reformado, a tinta dentro do box tá saindo, o espelho do banheiro está enferrujado, há muita sujeira (lodo) no box do banheiro, não há amenidades, ...

Atendimento não foi como eu esperava e a comida do restaurante nao estava boa! Atendentes mau humorados e antipaticos. Pelo porte do hotel e valor da diária deveriam treinar melhor os funcionários! Diferente disso, a equipe do café da manhã são ótimos e o café uma delicia e super completo!
