"Great quiet location and enjoyed watching the river flow by. Allocated parking. Apartment well equipped for self catering (need to take basics like milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar etc with you). Property generally very clean but rug could do with some attention. Bed comfortable but felt a bit small. Sofa was the most uncomfortable we've ever sat on. Lovely deep bath but difficult to get in and out due to no grab rails and the shower was over the bath. "

"Excellent property , Maria our host , was flexible with early checkin , and we booked on leaving for next years same 4 nights to visit Rebellion Festival in august. Gave us her mobile number and told to call anytime if we needed, which we didn’t as everything was perfect . Fresh milk and biscuits to welcome us on arrival. "We had a great stay at this appartment. The place was clean and fit for all of our party. Good location a bit out of Blackpool and a 15-20min walk to Bispham full of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. The owners were very kind and called on arrival to check we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea coffee milk and sugar all provided! Thank you!"

"Our recent stay in this lovely, stylish house was extremely enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for our stay and for a family of five. There are four bedrooms, two singles (on on ground floor and one on second floor) plus a king sized bedroom on second floor and a nice double on the first floor. There is a smart shower room on the second floor and a luxurious bathroom with shower over bath on the first floor. Three toilets in house overall. Smart kitchen with dishwasher, washer/ dryer,...
