"Clean and modern bathroom + room which I appreciated. Breakfast was very minimal but I appreciated it was open early. I find that the instructions for entrance to be confusing. I can’t imagine checking in if the restaurant is closed because the door to get into the self check in is open only when the restaurant is open. Also the restaurant hours differ from what is posted on property details. Especially since there’s no staff gotta just hope you don’t lose your key and everything works...

"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer gut, super Aussicht, dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, schöner Garten direkt am Wasser."

"The hotel smells like food old day long. The bathroom was very small as well as the room. It is close to everything"

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"Amazing hotel!"

"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

"Nice place with good lake view"

"We were on the lowest floor above a very loud ally/courtyard frequented by restaurant staff breaking glass bottles, talking, and smoking until late at night. The room was comfortable. Desk staff get overwhelmed at check-in; the luggage storage area is not monitored by staff"
