"Villa was lovely, plenty of space and Eric was very accommodating and friendly., The abuse of the mountains was spectacular and the pool a bonus. The road is very windy going uo and you definitely , need a car. Just one small one thing, a better light outside for evening dining would be good. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

Richard is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. He was most helpful during our 4 night stay. Location is very good for the town, restaurants and local buses. "Rose shared her incredible home with myself and 3 friends. She was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond any host I’ve ever stayed with. The location is a short walk from a fantastic bakery, and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of bus stops in the area as well. Bottom line if you’re considering visiting Nice and the French Riviera you can’t get much better than this!"

"Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. décoré avec goût et très spacieux. Très belle résidence idéalement située pour visiter les alentours, Grasse, Cannes, Antibes... Seul petit bémol, la personne chargée de la surveillance de la piscine était particulièrement désagréable. Par contre mention spéciale pour Marine, qui nous a accueilli et dont nous gardons un très bon souvenir !!"

"Schönes Haus in den Bergen, nicht weit von Monaco, Nizza, Eze usw. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, es gab sogar Willkommensgetränke und leckere Marmelade. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Falls doch etwas fehlen sollte, wird Pierre es besorgen ;-) Tolle grosse Terrasse mit Aussicht. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt."

"We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. We also learnt how to master one-pot meals as just a single hotplate but that was not a problem. Nice little outdoor seating area screened from the main house by plants etc. The swimming pool...

"Highly recommend this property, it was exactly what we were looking for, perfect French cottage . set in peaceful country side, spacious, comfortable, fantastic pool and outside areas. Better than the pictures. Fayence is lovely village, but would recommend having a car as steep climb to the village, but some lovely French restaurants, shops and market 3 times a week. Large supermarket in walking distance. Plenty to explore in surrounding areas, vineyards, lake with water activities, drive to...
