Welcome to this pretty Provencal and family house which offers an area of 133 m² on two levels. It is located in a quiet residential area of Roquefort les Pins with a large garden, home to many olive trees. The house consists of: an entrance, a living room, a fitted kitchen and a room that can be used as a playroom for children, the night area is made up of 4 bedrooms. 3 of them are on the first floor and share a bathroom (2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds). The last bedroom is actually an independent studio facing the garden on the ground floor, recently created, and with its shower room and kitchenette. The sofa bed in the playroom can also offer a solution of 2 additional beds to accommodate up to 10 travelers.
The main kitchen is well equipped for simple holiday cooking: fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle....
Ideal pied-à-terre for family holidays (up to 10 people) close to the coast and its beaches and also the picturesque towns and villages of the region while being resolutely quiet to adopt the Côte d'Azur idleness
The basic products in the kitchen and bathroom will also be present on your arrival.

Are you taking advantage of your vacation to practice a sporting activity close to nature? Many hiking trails leave from the village, with routes suitable for amateurs as well as for great walkers. During your stay in the South of France, you can also try other activities. For example, you could opt for a horse riding session, or thrill during a treetop adventure session.
Benefiting from Mediterranean influences, benefiting from a climate of great generosity, the gastronomy of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is a real tourist attraction. Take advantage of your stay in Roquefort-les-Pins to visit local producers, by visiting their farms directly, or at the markets offered locally.
Today, Roquefort-les-Pins still offers a green and peaceful environment to its inhabitants, a residential village par excellence at the gates of the Sophia Antipolis technology park. In the region:
The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and small squares where the Antibes people meet on the terraces of cafés and restaurants. Antibes is also a city steeped in history. A former Greek port colony, you will have the opportunity to walk along the quays of the port and its famous billionaires' quay.
You will find in particular the Vauban fort and the Picasso museum fixing the big Blue on the heights of old Antibes, a pretty cathedral ....
A few km going towards Nice, we find the racecourse of Cagnes sur mer, Marina Baie des Anges or the famous casino of the Siesta.
As for sports activities, Antibes offers possibilities of sailing, as well as diving, rental of windsurfing / kayaking and catamarans. For golf lovers, courses are available nearby as well as horse riding, and tennis.
In winter, you can access several resorts in the region during the day, such as Isola 2000 or Valberg or Gréolière les neiges which are 1.5 / 2H hour by car.
## Transit
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the SNCF train station of Cagnes sur mer or Villeneuve Loubet which is a 25-minute drive away.
- You can take the car and take the Cagnes sur Mer and Villeneuve-Loubet exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is a 30-minute drive away.
## Notes
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided to each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash thrown away.
If you want regular cleaning, it is possible and on request.
This service is charged at 35 euros per hour.
One or more changes of sheets and towels are possible and on request.
The complete kit, a bed and 2 towel kits is charged 35 euros.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
PLEASE NOTE: the residence is extremely quiet and the co-owners are very attached to this tranquility.
Following certain excesses, any overflows disturbing the tranquility of the premises will result in a deduction from the deposit.
Please do not forget that late arrivals after 7 p.m. are possible in two ways:

- Or in a personalized manner with one of our agents, charged 30€ to be paid on arrival.
