"We had an amazing time. The hotel decor was like stepping into the kings palace. A step back in time. Very beautifully presented with modern facilities. The bathroom was amazing and morning breakfast was even better. Fresh food with all your delicatessen items, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, freshly squeezed juices and even had a barrister making us cappuccino etc. The accommodation comes with pool access and very close to Bassano Dal Grappa. Afternoon manager even picked us up from the local train station Rossano Veneto. A must visit when you are in the North of Italy just before heading to Venice."

"Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied. "

"Beautifully re-purposed estate. The hotel hosted a large event one night, making the restaurant unavailable; and the noise from the crowd was too loud to sleep until well after midnight. Similarly, the noise from the restaurant on our second night was too noisy to sleep until after midnight. The room is designed in a strange manner that puts the bed up three steps on a platform, and the window controls are not within reach without an unnaturally high step up on another platform against the well. The photo of the pond in the ad is misleading. "
