Other members of our family had a house across the lake with a dock, so we were able to keep our boat in the water. I would highly recommend this rental!"

"Located convenient to South Higgins Lake State Park boat launch ramp. Ample seating both lawn and interior. Every amenity was thought of - gas grill, covered porch with picnic table, dinnerware, cooking, bath and beach towels etc. The dock is perfect for enjoying the shallow sandy entrance to the lake. Our family of 9 had the best lake rental experience. "

"Very nice, close to what we needed, very well stocked with anything you need and with some little things you might forget. Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 6 and if it rains there were plenty of board games to choose from. Craig and Craig and Rebecca were quick to answer the few ?s we had. We are already planning another long weekend there"
