My wife found a roach in the bathroom. We had to shake out all our stuff and repack to ensure none make it home with us. Old property with hard beds. Staff we're super nice and the highlight.

Nice room, great breakfast, friendly staff, but the most impressive thing was that they found my wallet which I had left in the room and contacted me as soon as they found it. I had to drive 200 miles back to Roseburg to pick it up, but they had kept it safe and secure for me.

Staff was excellent, helpful & very friendly. Ice machine was out in the parking lot away from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The one negative we had was there was not a cable guide for the TV. Unfortunately, I forgot to request a first floor room due to my mobility issues. When we got to the hotel there were only second floor room available with no elevator. The staff transfered us to a first floor room the next morning. They gave us a room with a raised toilet & extra safety bars, which I appreciated. We will be staying there again.

It was fine for a quick overnight stay. Walls were pretty thin so we could hear everything. I booked a king size bed but received a queen, which was very squeaky. Dog area was very small and smelled pretty bad. The desk clerk who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast setup was great! The open air pool was nice. The rooms were nice, and clean. EXCEPT for the floors. My feet were BLACK from floors. After reading dozens upon dozens of other reviews. Same issue. Overall a great stay, just keep your shoes on.

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and the mascot/greeter was amazing! Breakfast was good and the shower had great pressure which is hit or miss. There were some tiles loose along the parking lot that could be a problem at any moment, but overall great place, and quiet all through the night even by the highway. Will stay again when traveling through.

Room was clean. A/C was stuck on high, had to unplug. That’s ok. One double bed was off so bigger person rolled into the other person. Good breakfast, nice spread, lots of options. Plates ran out, oatmeal ran out, in the time we were at breakfast, and it was not restocked till after I and another lady told the receptionist. The breakfast attendant was on break. People deserve breaks, I get it. But there were groups of employees outside smoking, it might have been before shift, but it gave a bad vibe.
