You’ll be amazed as soon as you step into this home. You'll hear many Australian birds that call Rosedale their home. Bring along some bird food and try your luck!

This property is well stocked with everything you need. From ceiling fans, a fireplace to stay warm in winter, an outdoor deck where you can soak up the sun or watch the sunset whilst listening to the sound of nature, Unlimited Wi-Fi, and All linen provided for you, – just need your beach towels and a beautifully designed outdoor shower for you to use after you relax in the surf and sun on Rosedale Beach. Your fur baby is also more than welcome to join you – please note there is no fencing at this property so you will need to watch them at all times.

The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and basin. The toilet is separate. The laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer for you to use.

This property has a smart TV. Please bring your log-ins for Netflix, Foxtel, stan, etc.

Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov(2 Night Minumum).

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug(2 Night Minimum).
