"We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree. We were unable to check in early, but our bags were stored and we were texted when a room became available. The front desk agent was pleasant and friendly. The porter, Jing, was very friendly and helpful. Check in included delicious cookies! The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were wonderful. We found the bed to be very comfortable and clean. The hotel was busy but we felt appreciated. The entire staff seemed to love their job and this was reflected to the guests. We were able to avail of a late check out. The lobby was clean and large enough to accommodate guests waiting for check in, check out, or transportation. Thank you for this wonderful experience."

"This hotel is beautiful and well kept. Our room was spotless. Refrigerators come standard in the room. I requested a microwave and it was delivered in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff because they were very welcoming. "

"Had a wonderful stay because of the friendly service from the staff. I was greeted warmly at check-in. I had a minor problem with the room upon entry I called front desk and they immediately helped me out and switched rooms giving me an upgrade for the trouble. I went to the restaurant that evening to watch Jays game and both bartenders were very friendly and attentive. I went in for a beer but ended up staying for dinner. The housekeeping service was incredible too. I ended up getting a bad head cold and stayed a second night. Housekeeping gave me extra Kleenex and made sure I had enough blankets and said to me if I needed anything else they were just in the hall. I was amazed. Receiving genuine friendly service these days is rare and I had great service from every staff member I encountered. The room rates are budget friendly but the service is 5 star luxury hotel level "

"The room was clean and beautifully renovated. Staff was exceptional. Helpful. Friendly. I arrived with my dog and his kennel and luggage and the staff helped me bring everything in. They accommodated me wanting to avoid the crowd noise from baseball by putting me in an interior room. The cafe on the main floor has delicious coffee and friendly staff. Everything about my stay was perfect. Loved the steps to be eco-friendly, too."
