"My grandfather unexpectedly passed so we headed to Louisiana. The hotels in Hammond from my experience, the ones that accept dogs that is, aren’t nice at all. So I found myself looking for a VRBO rental. I found this one and boy am I glad I did. The host was great with communication, texts and messages via VRBO were responded to immediately. "Our stay at this property was due to a family member’s injury that lead to 40 days in the local trauma center. Our Host was so understanding and accommodating to allow us to extend our stay week by week. Unit is located in a great safe location with access to many restaurants within 10 minute drives. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. And it has an attached garage!!"
