"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"Had to wait over two hours for my room. They tried to accommodate with a different room after an hour or so, however the "ocean view" was completely blocked by by the patio above the bar, and there were stairs right in front of the patio with people walking up and down, smoking cigarettes. Everything in that room was broken, damaged, and dirty so I waited for another room (as far from the main floor as we could get). This room was a bit better, but still in poor condition. Front room blinds were missing big pieces so it let in a lot of the outdoor lighting at night. Patio is tiny. There is NO privacy for anything on the 1st/2nd floor patios - they are also a walkway for other people. No smoking areas are not enforced - the lobby reeked of cigarettes and weed. People smoking in the pool area. Floors everywhere were gross. Location was the only good thing as it was on the beach, but the beach there was also littered with trash and cigarettes. We will not be back."

"This was easily the best rental property we have ever stayed in when it comes to houses. The location A. The community was safe, and the kids would regularly take off on the bikes. We did need to rent a couple of smaller bikes for the younger kids, but that wasn’t a big deal. We couldn’t have found a better house, location, host. Everything inside the house was top end and quality. The appliances, pots and pans, everything. I could go on and on, but you get the idea."

"The house was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped (except no trash bags). The main areas of the house were roomy. My family had a great time at the pool throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and overall our entire stay. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back."

"When we arrived the floors and toilets were dirty I went to get the vacuum and it was molded the host sent a new vacuum the next morning and offered to have them come and clean but I already cleaned it myself. It stated that there would be laundry detergent supplied but there was none so I went and got some. After using the washer there was mold all in my clothes so then I had to go buy bleach and run the self clean 3 times to get rid of the mold to be able to use the washer. There was a cabinet in there was room full of dirty sheets and towels some were stained and wet. The movie room where my kids were supposed to sleep smelt like wet dog. I have to empty the vacuum canister twice while vacuuming that room and I bought freshener just so we could stand to be in there. Keys outside that door were missing. It also stated that there were games and video games the only game in the whole house was Jenga. And now probably Panama City Monopoly because I accidentally left it. The grill was totally disgusting. I was not about to clean that to use it. The pit boss grill was left outside in the rain. I brought it around front plugged it in. It would not work. The bikes were pretty beat up. One of the chains was off and one of them. The brakes does not work. I was very disappointed, not worth the money spent."

"This house had so much potential to be great, but sadly, it was lacking. First, the microwave sparked every time we used it. The A/C system are mini splits, and oddly, the bottom floor was the hottest and never cooled down. There was ONE unit to cool the entire second floor living area which was veryyy hard to do and impossible to do while cooking. The third floor was the coolest and had three units total (one for each bedroom and one for the hall/stairwell. The unit in the queen guest room on the third floor started leaking and maintenance came out quickly to look at it as well as the microwave, but the A/C continued leaking the next day so bad that it came through to the balcony on the second floor and it also got an outlet wet causing all of the outlets to go out in that room. We reported this and maintenance never came back out, leaving us unable to use that unit which then meant we could not use that room because it was too hot. This was very inconvenient as we were utilizing all rooms with six adults and two kids. We also had issues with the showers and the house itself has not been kept up very well. There are just several small things that obviously show the house was not built well and/or kept up well. The management team was very quick with responses and maintenance was quick to come out the first time, but just never returned to fix anything. To sum it all up, I wish I could leave a better review, but I just can’t. The house was clean but it needs attention/work"

"The place was clean and well maintained! A great property for a stay on the beach and overall it did NOT disappoint!! Got a sense of comfortability the minute we walked through the door when we first got there!!! We LOVED how the beach was literally in the backyard! Extremely convenient, so that was huge plus!! We will definitely be booking this place again for our next beach getaway down in Pcb!"
