"We had a fabulous time at this property! The views of the ocean were gorgeous, and we enjoyed our sunsets on the porch after a fun day at the beach. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the FunVacay was seamless. It was one of our favorite trips to 30A. Thank you!"

"Felt like Home Away from Home, Cute Decorations, Spacious, & Convenient Location to the Beach - We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We loved the location, though we found it more convenient to use the public beach access than the private one, as we were told we couldn't set our beach spot up at the private access because we were only allowed to use that one due to it being"grandfathered in." We could walk through the sand to the public area or on the walking path. The public access, only another minute walk, was larger and had a shower off area with garbages which made things easier with kids anyways. The rental was comfortable, well furnished and stocked. This would hands down be a place we'd return to!"

"The kitchens were many, but the main kitchen was fantastic! Don’t bother to bring cooking implements, everything you need is there. The golf cart came in very handy. The pool heater was on the Frits but the temperature was in the 70s and the kids didn’t care at all. There is parking room for four SUV size vehicles on property and parking pads on the street. "
