"We enjoyed this place and had a great time exploring the area on our e-bikes. We had everything we needed during our stay and the owner was quick to respond to my texts. You can tell that the owner put thought into what renters would need and she provides it all. The king bed was comfy. The place was very clean.We won't likely return to the area, but I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. "

"This house was perfect for a large group! I was a little nervous based on reviews of the single refrigerator, so I was pleasantly surprised to see two when we checked in! The rooms were spacious and the hosts were very responsive to questions! My only suggestion would be for there to be a broom or vacuum available. Things got very sandy and we did not have anything to clean up with! Overall, we very much enjoyed staying in this property and would definitely do so again! "

"The view of the ocean and the lake was very beautiful. There was an issue with an internet outage and the condo's garbage bin being too full (because of construction being done on other condos in the complex), but the owner / property manager was fantastic about responding to our calls about those issues. Great location and lots of fun!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Family Tides was absolutely fantastic! The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly designed for large families. The recent remodel really shows, the kitchen and bathrooms are stunning, and the spa-like master shower was a favorite. The outdoor area was just as impressive. The private pool, tiki bar, and large pool deck made it easy to spend entire afternoons outside relaxing and grilling while the kids swam. Having the outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool was incredibly convenient. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, which made going back and forth throughout the day easy. The house also had plenty of beach gear and bikes, which was a great bonus. We also loved the fourth-floor balcony views of the Gulf. The home was extremely clean, well stocked, and had more than enough space for everyone in our group to spread out comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway on 30A!"
