"This should be rated much higher than a 2 star resort. It's really great. Fantastic location between the best small towns on 30A, super comfy bed, great shower and pressure. Can't recommend this enough for a great cost-efficient stay."

"Wonderful house !!! We had our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all of us . Big spacious bedrooms - we all felt like we had our own space . The pool was awesome for a one year old and three 2 year olds as well as for the adults . We loved it ! The walk to the beach was not far at all . We were there during spring break and it was not over crowded . The location is perfect for getting to Alys beach , rosemary beach , and Seaside for any shopping or dining . Jason was very timely in responding to any questions we had . We will definitely be back ! "

"The view was to die for!!!! The beach access was amazing too. You dont need to carry all your belongings down because it's a 30 second walk back. We would go back 10 times over! The host was always in communication for any issues we might have had! "

"We could not believe how close this home is to the beach, it's literally right across from the beach parking lot. In fact, the driveway at the house is bigger than the entire beach parking lot, which made unloading and parking incredibly easy for 4 cars, we could have fit 8! The home itself was spacious and perfect for our group. With six bedrooms and a private pool, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day at the beach. The location alone makes this home hard to beat, and we definitely recommend! Beach Luxury Vacations was really great to work with too."

"• Property Condition: The property has potential but is in need of significant renovation and updates, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements. • Outdoor Area: The pool area and patio require cleaning, landscaping, and new furniture. • Interior Issues: The house has numerous broken fixtures, outdated furniture, and appliances in need of repair or replacement. • Plumbing Issues: The toilet backed up, sewage came up from the pool drain, and all faucets need replacing. • Broken Fixtures: The shower on the bottom floor had a broken fixture, and the spare bathroom sink on the second floor was unusable due to a broken faucet. • Unsanitary Conditions: Sewage backup from the drain by the pool was not cleaned up, raising concerns about sanitation. I would love to give this place a second chance due to its convenience and location, but only if every one of these issues were addressed and resolved."
