"The property is really clean, updated and perfect for families/groups with three bedrooms. It’s right next to the short path to the beach and has a really good partial beach/ocean view from the primary bedroom and balcony. Beach gear was new, had everything we needed and more! Our host Jeff was outstanding, always friendly and quick to respond and show up, really went above and beyond, especially because we arrived right after hurricane Isaias- including helping with our golf cart and making restaurant recs, etc he knows the area really well. We could easily walk, bike or take the golf cart to many cute local restaurants and shops. Best coffee of my life at the Beachy Bean nearby. The beach is amazing, just a couple min walk and you’re there- and only a few groups out there during our time. We love 30A and would stay here again absolutely!"

"We’ve been coming to Seagrove for 10 years and have stayed somewhere different every year. Overall, this is a beautiful, newly remodeled house with a lot of great amenities!Pros: Plenty of parking, comfortable beds, private bathrooms for every bedroom, a great pantry, and brand-new washer/dryer. The golf cart was a GODSEND! There were also 7 bikes, tons of beach chairs, pool floats and beach toys. Our boys loved the ping pong and Pop-A-Shot, and the outdoor kitchen was great. The ice machine may have been my favorite thing in the house!Cons: Our biggest disappointment was the beach access. The closest beach requires wading through the Eastern Lake tributary, which meant floating our items across on boogie boards not conducive to our grandparents. There is another public access a little further but no golf cart parking nearby. The tributary had a ton of biting flies.The pool was also freezing since the back of the house is covered and the pool gets very little sun. The upstairs bunk room has no door or curtain, so sound carries easily especially the basketball. The house could also really use more hooks and towel bars, especially near the bunk room.Lastly, the kitchen smoke alarms were VERY sensitive and went off almost every morning — even making toast! We also had a bad fuse and garage door opener issue when we arrived, but the management company was responsive and had someone out within 24 hours.Overall, a really nice house with a great price but lacking beach."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very clean and well organized. We had all of the amenities inside our condo that we needed and more. You could tell there was attention paid to detail. All three generations in our party gave it a big thumbs up!The layout of the condo was good. The kids enjoyed their bunk room. The large bathrooms were much appreciated. The beds and the bedding were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of drawers and hangers for unpacking.The view of the beach and the ocean from the condo was beautiful. We loved our deck time, using the table and the lounge chairs. The tv in the living room was large and perfect for family movie night. The furniture was very comfortable. It was a good, "chill" place for all six of us.Beach access was very easy, and we had a lot of space to spread out - even on Memorial Day weekend! The water is crystal clear. The grandchildren could easily spend hours building sandcastles and playing in the surf. Small issues related to the property itself rather than this particular unit: the pool area could use a little attention and paint. The elevator was very dim. Brighter lights would help. Those small issues would not keep us from returning, however, and certainly do not reflect on this host! The host was very attentive and easy to reach. We couldn't ask for anything more from them! We hope to return with our small, three generation family again!"
