"This review is split into 2 parts.. we shall start with the positives. Food here was lovely and the waiting staff were helpful and responsive even with our very limited German. The lake was beautiful although often overcrowded in the afternoon with inflatables near the jetty. If you go earlier in the day it’s beautiful and tranquil. The view across the lake is lovely. Unfortunately the accommodation is tired, with uncomfortable beds, and extremely hot. We found it impossible to sleep due to the heat. On arrival we reported the gate at the top of the very steep dangerous stairs to loft was broken, it still wasn’t fixed by our last day (day 3). No curtains in top room, towel rail fell off wall. Balcony not useable due to size and only 1 shower for a room which sleeps 8! The surrounding area has beautiful scenery and there was a very nice Greek Restaurant 10 mins walk from the property. "
