  • Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people. It has a private terrace with views of the Roses Bay. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from Roses. The sandy beach is just at 30 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

     
    We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



    COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



    ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



    By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



    ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.

Location très bien située . Bruyante l Très belle vue. Mauvaises odeurs persistantes dans la salle de bain et entrée assez désagréables ! Communs pas nettoyés de la semaine. Système d'ouverture des portes sur smarphone pas pratique surtout si on le perd !
