Lage des Wohnung gut Einrichtung Küche etc gut / Sauberkeit war okay Dusche Schimmel an Silikon und neue Plastikschiene Einige Mängel trotzdem für so ein modern aussehendes Projekt : Klimaanlage defekt konnte nicht repariert werden in dieser Zeit (Ventilator und Heizung wurde uns durch Agentur schon angeboten, aber trotzdem nicht okay) WLAN wird angeboten aber nur Ausfälle und geringe Sicherheit angezeigt für so ein Haus nicht nachvollziehbar Deutsches Fernsehen wird angeboten, aber bei Satelliten Empfang keine wichtigen Sender z B ARD ZDF usw. Fast nur Werbesendungen (französische Sender genug !!!) Kein Sonnenschutz auf dieser großen Terrasse, da die Sonne ja dort schon lange vorhanden ist Garage sollte man mal kehren und ein Hinweis wo sich der Aufzug befindet ( Schilder anbringen ) Glücksspiel mit dem Schlüssel für neben dem Garagentor ins Haus zu kommen war auch eine Katastrophe ein hin und her bewegen rauf oder runter man will ja nicht noch den Schlüssel abbrechen .. bis es mal geklappt hat zum öffnen …es war der Techniker der Agentur gekommen aber einfacher ging es bei Ihm auch nicht !!! Kommunikation mit der Agentur über WhatsApp in Deutsch geschrieben wurde auch schnell beantwortet Sehr freundlich und angenehm die Agentur, für alle Unannehmlichkeiten hat man sich entschuldigt. Beste Geste der Agentur wäre schon 70.- Euro ( Hundekosten) .. zurück zu erstatten , dies habe ich am letzten Tag der Agentur höflichst mitgeteilt ( ausstehende Antwort)
