Very well located and equipped, spacious, ideal for a dream vacation on the beach of Almadraba.
70m2 (35m2 per floor) for 6 people: 1 bed x 1.40 + 2 beds x 90 + sofa bed x 1.40. 3 terraces: 10m2 sun terrace, 30m2 shade terrace and 15m2 dining access terrace. Private outdoor parking 200m2 land exclusive to the house.

Other information:
Payment of 40% at the time of booking.
Payment of the rest, in cash and / or by credit card on the day of arrival.
Tourist tax: Each tenant must pay a tourist fee of € 0.90 per day and per person (maximum 7 days) except those under 16 years.
Deposit of € 300, refundable.
Final cleaning not included.
Pets are allowed, supplement 25.- €.
Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival: Saturday, between 4pm and 7pm. Departure: Saturday, between 9 am and 12 noon, by appointment and at the agency's convenience.
