"We have enjoyed our holidays in this villa at Mas Fumats, the situation with the sea view is exeptional, the swimming pool has a perfect size. The rooms are well adapted for 6 persons. Beach and shops are near (4-5 km) and you have a lot of possibilities for visiting this part of spain. I advse this quiet villa. Noel T."

"La plancha absente et le barbecue inutilisable car trop gras et mal lavé. A 15 ça devient compliqué de faire à manger dans une cuisine quand on espère profiter du matériel proposé sur l’annonce. Les extérieurs sales, détritus au sol, mégots dans les pots de fleurs et une terrasse sans pente où nous avons dû écoper l’eau de pluie pendant une heure car aucune raclette à disposition. Le grille pain ne fonctionnant pas non plus. Dans le studio d’en bas au sol une centaine de cadavre de moucherons...

And I must also criticize some other points: There is only air conditioning in one room, in the biggest one. The ad doesn´t mention that.
