You will be staying in a 5-room semi-detached house with a total area of 80 square meters spread across two levels. The house features a bright and practical furnishing. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and dining. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace. On the main floor, you will find a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level.

Our stay in Roses

The Property itself was excellent great location. The area is great very central to all amenities The only disappointment we had was that the property was not straight onto the pool as portrayed this was a big disappointment for us as that is why we booked this property. This had a big impact on our holiday, I feel the description should have stated that the property was not onto the pool that it is onto a main road.
