"I knew it wouldn’t be in the best condition because it’s a motel, but I’ve stayed in many from the same chain and they were always simple, but clean and safe. I booked it because I usually stay at Motel 6 for quick overnight stays, but this time the room was dirty — there was hair on the bathroom walls, the tub looked dirty like it had fluids, and the smell of smoke was extremely strong even though it was a non-smoking room.
