"The reception were very helpful with finding a suitable room for us as my husband has reduced mobility . Amelia was a lovely , waitress . Staff were so pleasant , room in main building spacious with a pretty view. Buffet breakfast was very good and gardens are beautiful . Terrace outside is gorgeous in the sunshine . "

"This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite and facilitated a frictionless check-in despite the time of night I got there. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in need of a hotel room in Hereford."

Staff was very friendly tea and coffee in the rooms will definitely be going back when we’re passing through Wales again great convenience having McDonald’s 24 hours so you can always get a drink or a snack parking is free when you put you’re registration number in at the reception so free parking plenty of space is available"
