"Nice hotel in the Wirral. Nice facilities such as Bar, restaurant, gym pool etc however gym and pool isn’t included in the stay, you have to pay extra and also parking you have to pay extra. Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I had to ask about the pool and had to ask about breakfast times, they didn’t tell us anything until I asked. Room was spacious but too hot and no air con. Bath needed a rinse before I could use it"

"The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The spa and pool facilities were great. The room needs a bit of renovating, the toilet was noisy and there were stains on the carpet and also the decor looks old. Overall, we would still return as we had a great time here."

"Had a lovely stay. Our room was on the ground floor close to the pool. It wasn't very big but beautifully decorated. Used the pool on the evening which was lovely. We had included dinner in our booking which we had in Palm Court. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive. We had breakfast in there and had the same experience. We had used Tesco vouchers to pay for part of our stay and that was easy to do. We will definitely come back again."
