"The building is on the vintage side, but the apartment has modern decor. It is tastefully decorated and makes for a very comfortable stay. The view out the living room window and the bedroom of Freedom Park is beautiful and an unexpected treat. Access to the metro is easy and takes about four minutes. Cozy Corner worked real well for taking in the many sites of DC. Toni was easy to work with and we would definitely stay there. Bob and Denise, CA"

"This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...
