Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean,place was generally quiet. Some traffic noise, but thats a given on main st. And only a block away from the NMMI , which has an interesting campus.

Only stay again

We’re so pleased, the room was surprisingly very nice, clean bed was great. We were at another hotel decided to move, bed, towels was terrible. We were just checking our reservation. They allowed us to check in early so appreciative. Only one thing, I didn’t see the check out time 10am. Usually it’s posted on back of the room. No ones fault but ours.

The room has all we needed, bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean, just it was a bit old. With few changes it would be a 5.

The beds were comfortable but there was a hole in the wall in the restroom near the window so when it was raining water would come through. There was also a hole in the wall by shower that would leak water anytime the shower was on. At first I thought I accidentally spalsed water out but I quickly realized that was not the case when the whole floor was soaked

Best hidden gem hotel to stay at in Roswell. Also, they filled in the pool and are growing a garden there. Best use of the massive waste of space and money that a pool is.
