"I had an amazing experience, this was my first solo trip and I went to see Beyoncé for cowboy Carter. I landed really early so my room wasn’t initially ready, check-in was at three. I got there around 8:30am. Sarai & Osmara were amazing and made sure I was able to get into a room at the soonest available. They came to my room and brought me a fruit platter and water and Red Bull since I didn’t have a lot of sleep due to my flightwhich was so sweet of them. They helped to make my trip so easy and comfortable. I will absolutely be back and recommend this hotel to all my friends staying in Atlanta."

"We had a great stay. Our room was very clean and the other areas of the hotel as well. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our room key working at our room door and maintenance came right away and took care of it. We have no complaints! One thing to note is that there is a fee of $25 per day to park in the parking garage at the hotel. I feel that it should be included in the price of the stay since it is part of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Good location, great service from Ivan at the hotel lobby bar! Elevator line long every time and didn’t get the room I requested which was alright but then please don’t give a choice. My husband and I are both small people but barely fit on the double bed…good thing we like each other !!"

"Other than the tub and sink being clogged up the room was really nice and clean. There was a stain on the sheets but I do believe the sheets were clean just maybe a stubborn stain. Hotel is beautiful. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional."
