1. Apartment 'Apartamento Merce' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Apartment 'Apartamento Merce' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
Rota
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (5 reviews)
"Pros: Although a small apartment everything was really neat and clean and tidy. Convenient for us within a short walk or drive to the town. Mercedes was available on Wattsap to help and answer any questions. The whole building was extremely secure with two locked gateways to pass through. The approach is very easy by ramp and then a lift straight to the apartment door. Some traffic noise in the evening which soon died away to leave complete peace and quiet. The wifi was really good. "Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. "

"Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there. "
