Large apartment in Rota, close to beach

Spacious apartment situated in Rota (Cádiz). Perfect location close to the town centre where you can enjoy the wide variety of bars and restaurants and the monuments of the old town. Just a few minutes walk away in the other direction is the beach.
Up to eight people can be accommodated in this apartment.

EQUIPMENT

The property consists of three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds), two complete bathrooms, lounge with TV and double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need. There is also a large terrace and a private underground parking space, and thanks to the great location of this apartment you can leave your car parked during your holiday.

The beach Playa de Virgen del Mar is just 250 metres away, and seven minutes walk away you will find the Nautical club and leisure port of Rota. Four minutes drive away is Rota golf club.
