"Lovely property, very comfortable, in a quiet location, 10 minutes walk to Matlock. Lots of pubs/restaurants and attractions in close proximity, very scenic with lots of walking routes nearby. The communication with Lizzie was excellent and she was more than happy to assist with sending a bag that I left behind. Thanks for a great stay "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good things include fan provided (as it was hot weather), tea and coffee provided, big TV, free wifi and that it is a first floor flat so we felt safer. However, the bad things outweigh the good and we wouldn't stay here again. The area is quite run down. Although the bathroom and bedroom appeared clean, the kitchen was not. "Great location near to a number of supermarkets. Hungry horse pub within walking distance and a nice looking fish and chip shop locally too. Apartment was really big and had all the bits you could need. "
