The Space:
The house features an open plan living / dining / kitchen area opening out onto a covered deck at the back of the property. There you'll find an 8 seating outdoor dining suite and a Weber BBQ.
There is a second lounge / TV lounge off the main living area. This room has the option of lowering the King size Murphy bed as another bedding option if you have a full house or need 5 seperate beds.
Master Bedroom: King Bed

Bedroom Three: 2 x Single Beds
TV Lounge: King Murphy bed
You also have a seperate office area with 2 x computer displays if you need to catch up on some work.
Double internal access garage with bike wash.

Other Things to Note:
There is another two bedroom unit on the property which you can rent as well if you need more space. This may also be rented to other guests but they are quite seperate with their own garages and parking and outdoor entertaining areas at seperate ends of the property.
