The location is very convenient. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean room. Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. No "do not disturb" cards. An actual key to the room. The staff is very nice. But it's an old building so no soundproofing. You hear everyone up and down the stairs and banging the doors. All the talking, walking, toilets flushing. People getting ready at 4 a.m. - you wake up with them because you hear everything.

Nice

Very nice and helpful staff that speaks very good English. The bathroom was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is directly in the center and close to everything.

New door locks please!

The door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress. Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

Prima centraal verblijf in een stok oud (scheef) pand uitstekend ontbijt in een authentieke ontbijtzaal. Geen lift maar jongen van de receptie zeult je koffers naar boven. Parkeren (gereduceerd tarief) in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage office de justice.

Hôtel très bas de gamme très vétuste et d'une propreté douteuse hormis les linges de lit et les draps de bain. La propreté laisse à désirer et le confort est plus que rudimentaire. Aucune garde-robe ni même un cintre pour poser un vêtement .la salle de bain avec la toilette se trouve dans la chambre impossible de s'asseoir sur le WC sans cogner dans la porte. le personnel est plutôt accueillant mais quand on annonce un parking en fait il n'existe pas c'est un parking public payant à 200 m. Par contre la situation est très centrale c'est le seul point positif

Un petit hotel calme en ville et proche de tout

Accueil chaleureux et tres serviable.Petits déjeuners copieux , avec aussi des produits maison. Literie tres confortable, salle de douche tres correcte et recente, chambre spacieuse et le tout au calme. Seul reproche : ne pas avoir eu une chambre telle que sur les photos. Certaines chambres ont été refaites mais pas celle que l'on avait (peintures, mobilier ...)

This is clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. it's also very near the historic part of Rouen. I stayed on two different occasions on a recent trip to France, and both stays were pleasant.

Clean and cozy but in need of refurbishment

The service is great and makes you feel welcome. The hotel is based in a traditional building so no elevator but some steep stairs so be ready. The single room on the top is spacious although ceiling is low. The hotel and rooms definitely need a fresh coat of paint and some work to be done (electricity sockets far from bed on other side of the room etc) . However location close to the train and city centre is perfect, bedlinen and towals are crispy white and clean.
