Quiet house between countryside and sea surrounded by green setting

It is a beautiful house in the countryside with a flowery and wooded park that is offered to you for your holidays in a calm and quiet environment. You will be able to take full advantage of your stay to recharge your batteries

The accommodation consists of a first floor and an upper floor. It overlooks the park directly and is south-facing.

On the first floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen. You will find all the necessary elements to cook good food while enjoying your family or friends.

On the first floor, a large bedroom allows you to sleep 4 (1 queen size bed (160) + 2 single beds of 90).

Another configuration is possible on request by combining the two 90s to make a 180 and a 160 bed.

Here, there is also a separate toilet and a large shower room.

The entire accommodation has been recently and tastefully redone.

The region, on the other hand, offers a wide choice of activities.

You will find from one end to the other: Futuroscope, a European image park 30 km north of Poitiers or the Atlantic coast only an hour's drive away!

Other stops are essential for regional discovery, such as La Rochelle, the Poitevin marshes and its boat trips or Cognac and its banks of the Charente. They will promise you an unforgettable stay rich in discoveries.
